Susan Town is the founder and managing partner of Tandem Business Specialists, an operational outsourcing consultancy that has served Registered Investment Advisors since 2006. Her diligence and extensive experience in operations management and portfolio accounting make her a valued and long-time partner for many successful advisors. By managing and executing on their operational and compliance priorities, she ensures that advisors’ clients and business activities are handled with care, urgency, and expertise.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys time with her husband Andrew and their daughter Avery. They love time outdoors and can often be found in exercise, exploring new places or restaurants.
